In his strongest statement yet on Libya, Defense Secretary Robert Gates reiterates that the U.S. would not send ground troops. Gates is about as useful as a slingshot in a tank battle, and is about as credible as Baghdad Bob.
Obama isn't the only empty suit in that hideous administration.
