But perhaps we won't need so much money, especially if the medical marijuana initiative passes. Some say pot's legal already. The state might as well make some money off it, you know? Damn the state's infrastructure and educating the youth of tomorrow. Everyone can just get stoned and forget about the imminent collapse of the formerly great state of California.

California doesn't need Arnold to getthe money. Boxer and Feinstein should just threaten to vote against cloture on Reid's bill. The billions will then be forthcoming.
